About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Vice President, M&A to join our growing investment banking team. With increasing demand for our services, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions while mentoring the next generation of investment banking professionals.

What you’ll do:
• Lead sell-side and buy-side transactions from prospecting to close
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
• Generate and execute deal flow, leveraging PCE’s robust marketing efforts
• Mentor and guide associates and analysts

What You Bring
We’re looking for a dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial and strategic goals.

Must-haves:
• 5+ years of experience in M&A
• Strong finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities

Nice-to-haves:
• Industry-specific deal experience and connections
• Series 79 license (or willingness to obtain—sponsorship available)
